Course # 35565 Specialization Municipal Finance International Policy This course will examine the role of infrastructure as a foreign policy tool, both historically as in the case of the Marshall Plan and contemporarily as in the case of the Belt and Road Initiative. This course will give particular attention to infrastructure development in Africa.
