Kate Shannon Biddle

Dean of Students

Kate Shannon Biddle is the Harris Dean of Students. She advocates for students and facilitates their success in their degree programs. The Dean of Students’ team manages services including academic advising, enrollment and registration, student disability accommodations, the Writing Workshop, tutoring, and student conduct.

Dana Bozeman

Associate Dean, Student Engagement and Belonging, Diversity Officer

In this role, Dana Bozeman supports all Harris students by ensuring they have an intentional co-curricular experience during their time at Harris. The Office of Student Engagement and Belonging facilitates events like Student Orientation and Harris After Hours, supports Harris Student Organizations (HSOs), and creates leadership and community-building opportunities, including the Harris Mentorship Program in partnership with the Alumni Relations team. Bozeman is the senior leader responsible for advancing diversity and inclusion efforts across Harris and collaborates with partners across the University and externally to bring best practices to bear for the benefit of Harris students.

Sue Burke

Senior Associate Dean, Chief Communications and Marketing Officer

Sue Burke serves as the senior strategic communications and brand marketing leader for Harris Public Policy. Burke's key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of school-wide communications and marketing strategies that promote and protect Harris’ reputation and increase its external profile on a local, national, and global scale with policy influencers, media, civic organizations, and other publics. She oversees an integrated function that encompasses institutional brand management, leadership communications, content marketing, digital engagement, media relations, and public affairs.

Misho Ceko

Chief Operating Officer and Senior Associate Dean

Misho Ceko oversees the business operations of the Harris School, including the Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Faculty Affairs, and IT departments.

Rena Dascal

Associate Dean, Alumni Relations and Development

Rena Dascal leads efforts to foster lifelong relationships that enhance the intellectual, social, professional, and philanthropic engagement of Harris Public Policy alumni, parents, and friends in support of the school's strategic objectives. Dascal oversees engagement strategies, including events, lifelong learning, and volunteer opportunities, and directs fundraising initiatives to secure gifts and grants that support the school's top priorities.

Ranjan Daniels

Senior Associate Dean, Student Recruitment and Global Outreach

Senior Associate Dean of Student Recruitment and Global Outreach (SRGO), Ranjan Daniels leads student admissions, financial aid awards, and non-degree programs, including credentials and executive education, and international partnerships.

Krisinda Doherty

Associate Dean, Professional and Career Development

As Associate Dean of Professional and Career Services, Krisinda Doherty oversees the Career Readiness and Employe Partnership teams. In this capacity, she is responsible for many functions that directly support student career outcomes, including career coaching, career readiness programming, employer information sessions and coffee chats, career fairs, internship programs, and more. The aim of the Career Development Office is to engage and support students in their job search by offering opportunities to explore careers, gain experience, network, and find job opportunities.
