Terri Brady

Terri Brady is the Executive Director of Professional Development. She conceptualizes, creates and manages professional development for Harris alumni. Terri also coaches students and provides support to the Harris Policy Labs classes.

Terri graduated with a BA in Russian/International Studies from Grinnell College, a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School, and received her JD from the Columbia University Law School.


Kelli Clarkson

Kelli Clarkson

Kelli Clarkson is the new Director of Development at Harris. Her career in alumni relations and development spans nearly 20 years. She started her UChicago career in Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) in 2016, spending three years working on College reunions before moving to Medicine & Biological Sciences Development in 2019.

In 2021 she was recognized for her highly collaborative approach and her professional accomplishments as a recipient of ARD’s Frederick T. Gates Award.

Prior to joining UChicago, Kelli worked in the alumni offices at Maret School in Washington, DC, and her alma mater, Washington and Lee University, in Virginia. She was also the head varsity swim coach while at Maret and the assistant coach of the W&L men’s and women’s varsity swim team for one year.

Kelli has a B.A. in sociology and anthropology from Washington and Lee University.


Rena Dascal

Rena Dascal

Rena Dascal is Harris’s Associate Dean for Alumni Relations & Development. In this role, she oversees a variety of programs and strategies designed to maximize philanthropic support for the school and to increase engagement with our worldwide community of alumni and friends.

Rena graduated from Concordia University with a BA in sociology and has a master’s degree in social work from Yeshiva University.

Maggie Elmarakby

Maggie Elmarakby serves as the Director of Alumni Relations at the Harris School of Public Policy. In this role, she leads the team’s efforts for alumni engagement, including management of worldwide alumni events and volunteer opportunities.

Maggie holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies from Northwestern University and an MA in Public Policy from the Harris School at the University of Chicago.


Renae Fentress

Renae serves is the Associate Director of Communications for Annual Giving & Stewardship at Harris. In this role, she oversees the communication strategy for annual giving, stewardship and donor recognition activities for the Development office. 

Renae holds a B.A. in communications from Moody Bible Institute.

Nicholas Moore

Nicholas Moore

Nicholas Moore is the Associate Director of Leadership Annual Giving at Harris. He oversees the recruitment and volunteer management for milestone reunion committees. In addition, Nick oversees the Harris Society and cultivation of leadership annual giving donors.

 
Nick holds a B.S.C. in Journalism and Creative Writing from the University of Miami and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt’s Peabody College.

Drae Laws

Drae Laws is the Associate Director of Alumni Relations at the Harris School of Public Policy. In his role, Drae is responsible for cultivating, maintaining and strengthening alumni engagement to the Harris School and the University of Chicago. He also serves as the staff liaison for the Harris Alumni Council.

Drae is an A.M. candidate at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. He has a B.S. in psychology from Penn State University and an Ed.M. in human development & psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Joshua Wolff

Joshua Wolff serves as the Development Associate for the Alumni Relations and Development team. In this role, he maintains our donor database, coordinates our digital communication, and assists in volunteer and event management.

Joshua holds a BA in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MA in Public Policy from the Harris School at the University of Chicago.
