Course # 34810 Day(s) M Time(s) 3:00 PM - 5:50 PM Term Spring 2018 Course Goals 1) To introduce students to a diverse range of mixed methods approaches to policy research. 2) To provide students with a foundation in multiple disciplinary perspectives and methodological approaches to policy research. 3) To help students become critical consumers of both qualitative and quantitative research, specifically, what types of questions best lend themselves to quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods studies.
