We are excited to meet admitted students online at our Virtual Admitted Student Week (Virtual ASW) from March 30–April 3. For information on the schedule of events, please visit this page

All sessions will be hosted in the online meeting platform Zoom.  A Zoom account is not needed to join the sessions. In preparation for Virtual ASW, we have a few helpful tips for Zoom:

  1. Register. Make sure to register here so that you will receive the log-in details for each session.
  2. Watch the tutorial. Watch this brief tutorial on how to join a Zoom meeting.
  3. Come prepared with your questions! In each session, we will take questions from admitted students via the meeting chat. Chat is available for those who join the meeting in a web browser. If you have specific questions about your personal situation, reach out to [email protected] or the recruitment team member you’ve been working with.
  4. Consider dialing in. If you have a poor internet connection, consider using your telephone to dial into the meeting. All you will need is the meeting ID, which will be provided upon registration. Find the Zoom International Dial-in Numbers here.  (Please note: if you are dialing in, you also should keep yourself on mute, and you will not be able to send in questions).
  5. Mute your microphone and do not enable video. Please keep your microphone on mute and do not enable video. Our faculty and staff have rich information to share with all admitted students. Please be respectful and allow all students to hear the speakers. Students who disrupt the presentation by unmuting their microphones or enabling video will be removed from the meeting.
  6. Recordings will be available. A recording will be provided if you are unable to attend the session or experience technical difficulties. At the end of the week, we will update our website with all recordings provided.

We are so excited to connect with you during Virtual ASW! If you have questions, please reach out to [email protected] or the recruitment team member you’ve been working with.
