Career Outcomes Report
The Harris Career Development Office surveyed students in the Class of 2025 in an exit survey at the time of graduation, with a follow-up survey six months after graduation. Of the 517 students who graduated between July 2024 and June 2025, 419 (81 percent) reported employment information. Data in this report is based on survey results from responding graduates, as well as other sources. Out of the 419 graduates, 376 (90 percent) sought employment and 43 did not seek employment for reasons such as continuing education or starting a company. Out of 376 students seeking employment, 333 (89 percent) accepted employment.

Salaries by Sector
†Of the graduates who accepted employment offers, 205 graduates (62%) reported salary information. Twenty-two of these graduates were omitted from the chart above because the graduates salary reflected part time employment or internship. The calculation of maximum salary is among MPP students and excludes dual and joint degree graduates.
