As Associate Dean, she forges key partnerships within and outside the University to create impactful opportunities for students. Her expertise supporting graduate and professional students was honed at Loyola University, Northwestern University, and the University of Chicago.

Crystal Todoroff

Crystal is committed to enriching the Harris student journey by nurturing meaningful connections and promoting active participation. For nearly a decade, she has collaborated with students, faculty, and staff, offering mentorship and advocating for student achievement, funding, and wellness. Crystal earned her Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Social Justice and Equity, from San Francisco State University.

Lauren plays a key role in fostering a vibrant student community by overseeing student organizations, advising student leaders, and coordinating events. Lauren earned her Master of Science in Education with a focus on Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University.
