The Harris School of Public Policy offers multiple joint and dual degree programs with other divisions on campus. Both joint and dual degree programs allow students to get two degrees from the University of Chicago.

Joint degree programs allow students to earn two degrees in less time than if they completed them separately. At Harris, all joint degrees are offered with the 2-year MPP with exception of the Bx/MSCAPP.

Dual degree programs reflect a partnership between two programs, with no changes to degree requirements or timelines for either degree. At Harris, all dual degrees involve our one-year MA in Public Policy.
