CAPP Camp is optional and will take place in-person only on August 28–30, 2024. Please note:There are no virtual or hybrid options available for CAPP Camp programming. CAPP Camp materials will be made available to all incoming students in September.Attendance is not mandatory for incoming students, but is strongly recommended for those with limited programming experience. CAPP Camp takes place in late August to allow students to participate in the optional Math and Coding Camp at Harris, which begins the week of September 2 and is meant to help students prepare for their statistics and economics courses. If you have not yet done so, you also want to register to attend Math and Coding Camp.Scheduling and RegistrationCAPP Camp workshops are designed to give students a head start on proper machine setup and configuration, program installation, and getting connected to the UChicago IT infrastructure.
