The discussion took place over Facebook Live. October 12, 2020 Associate Professor Wioletta DziudaHarris Public Policy Professors William Howell and Wioletta Dziuda discussed via Facebook Live the more sedate October 7 vice presidential debate, which followed the chaotic, norm-shattering first presidential debate and President Trump's positive COVID-19 diagnosis. Topics discussed included candidates refusing to answer (or even engage with) a direct question, administering a free and fair election during a pandemic, and – naturally – the fly that landed on Vice President Pence's head. Professor William HowellHowell and Dziuda are co-hosts, with Professor Anthony Fowler, of Not Another Politics Podcast, and are affiliated with the Center for Effective Government at Harris. Howell and Fowler had previously discussed the first presidential debate on Facebook Live. Upcoming Events More events Get to Know Harris!
