The Harris Public Capital Markets Credential (PCMC) is a two-week hybrid program designed for university students, graduates, and early-career professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in this field. Led by Professor Justin Marlowe, the program features lectures, discussions, research presentations, and a capstone project. Outstanding participants will also have the opportunity to collaborate on research with the Center for Municipal Finance.
