Writing Program Associate Director David Chrisinger Discusses U.S. Involvement in Yemen

Harris Public Policy Writing Program Associate Director David Chrisinger was featured in the The War Horse, writing an article about trends in the nature of the U.S. presence in Yemen and the historical reasons for these trends.

"Yemen is a nation at war with itself," writes Chrisinger. "And for nearly four years, the United States has gotten sucked into the battle, along with other powerful nations like Saudi Arabia and Iran. Now the challenge is getting out, which requires the convoluted understanding of how the United States, in particular, got involved in the first place."
