A former Labour MP in the UK Parliament, Mr. Miliband has served the United Kingdom as both Environment Secretary and Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. Today, with the IRC, Mr. Miliband directs war-relief operations across the globe, as well as refugee resettlement programs throughout the United States. He will draw on his years of foreign policy experience to discuss the Trump administration’s evolving travel ban, the European Union’s refugee resettlement efforts, and the East African famine crisis.
