Professor Konstantin Sonin Comments on Recent Russian Strike and Ukrainian Response

Harris Public Policy John Dewey Distinguished Service Professor Konstantin Sonin was quoted in The Hill, commenting on indications that Russia may have modified its missiles or launched the attack from an unclear direction. 

“In this attack, the air defense was extremely unsuccessful,” Professor Sonin said. “I think they’re extremely busy trying to figure out how it was done.”
