Professor Roger Myerson Discusses How President Joe Biden Can Achieve Unity

Harris Public Policy Professor Roger Myerson wrote an op-ed featured in The Hill discussing how lessons we have learned from statebuilding in foreign nations now needs to be applied at home in the U.S. if we are to truly achieve unity.

"Since September 11, 2001, much has been written on counter-insurgency doctrine as practiced in places like Iraq and Afghanistan. After January 6, 2021, however, our gaze must shift inward to homegrown violence within our national borders. State-building lessons that were learned in foreign conflicts must now be applied at home."
