Harris Public Policy Dean Katherine Baicker was featured on Bloomberg 'Balance of Power,'discussing what it means to be prepared for the coronavirus and how preparation looks in the United States.

“We talk about capacity, it's not just the hospitals," she said. "You can build a hospital very quickly, as we saw in China. It takes much longer to train or grow a doctor or nurse or health care worker."
