Harris Public Policy Dean Katherine Baicker was featured in Advisory Board, discussing the disconnect between health care spending in the United States and health outcomes.

"There is ample evidence we're still not getting the value from the health care system that we ought to in terms of improvements in health outcomes, given how much we're spending," said Baicker. "Nothing in that story has changed."
