Harris Public Policy Assistant Professor Wioletta Dziuda was featured in ABC News, discussing the need for former Vice President Joe Biden to engage with the Ukraine Scandal in order to remain a viable Presidential candidate.

"He must realize that if he doesn't stand up to Trump right now, if he doesn't hit forcefully, if he doesn't show that he's a good sparring partner, then the argument for why we should select Biden in the primaries goes away," said Dziuda.
