Harris Public Policy Dean Katherine Baicker was featured in The Boston Globe, discussing the importance of a study measuring the efficacy of healthcare cost control incentives for doctors. The study's results were that Blue Cross Blue Shield's program, the Alternative Quality Contract, was beneficial for both patient cost measures and measures of healthcare quality.
