Professor Amir Jina Discusses Climate Change Evidence

Harris Public Policy Professor Amir Jina was featured in Voice of America, discussing how the economic consensus about actions to mitigate climate change is not reflected in environmental policy. 

"We have enough science and enough economics to show that there are damages resulting from us releasing CO2 into the atmosphere. We know that that is not a free thing," Jina said. "And yet, we are artificially setting it as free because we're not paying the price of that externality."
