Professor Michael Greenstone Discusses Recent Efforts at Pollution Control

Harris Public Policy Professor Michael Greenstone authored an article in The New York Times discussing China's recent efforts at pollution control, which may result in longer lifespans.

"It would be quite a twist if so-called Communist China ultimately wins the war against pollution by embracing market-based regulations, while the United States continues to use them only intermittently," Greenstone wrote.
