Professor Michael Greenstone Discusses New Social Cost of Carbon

Harris Public Policy Professor Michael Greenstone was featured in The Washington Post discussing the EPA's new estimate of the social cost of carbon, which is substantially lower than the figure he helped develop in the Obama White House. 

“My read is that the political decision to repeal the Clean Power Plan was made and then they did whatever was necessary to make the numbers work.”
