Dean Katherine Baicker Discusses Efforts To Repeal Obamacare

Harris Public Policy Dean Katherine Baicker appeared on Bloomberg TV discussing the latest effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act and replace it with the Graham-Cassidy bill. 

"What does seem clear is that a dramatic rollback of Medicaid coverage would have left a lot of people without insurance coverage that improved their health and that was of concern to a lot of senators."
