Center for Municipal Finance (CMF) Executive Director Michael Belsky was featured in Reuters, discussing how police funding fits in to the larger municipal funding landscape.

"If you don't get some revenue replacement, the flexibility to do any of this is really hampered," said Belsky, noting that "you still need public safety."
