Summer of Social Impact

The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy will host an evening of conversation and networking to kick off its Summer of Social Impact at 1871. To mark the launch of its new evening degree program, also at 1871, Harris Public Policy will host a series of conversations this summer exploring the vital role data and analytics play in making a social impact on issues facing Chicago.

Join us for the first event in this series, which takes on criminal justice reform as a new Administration weighs the future of crime policy in America. Hear from leaders on the front lines of the debate in Chicago who are developing innovative approaches to better understand and address issues facing our city, from improving policing to reducing youth violence and incarceration.
