Associate Professor Chris Berry on the Proliferation of Special Districts in the U.S.

On the March 6, 2016 episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Associate Professor Chris Berry discussed the discrepancy between the effect of special districts on the average person's life and the average individual's knowledge of special districts.

"It wouldn't be at all uncommon for one person to find themselves within the boundaries of ten or more of these districts," Berry said.
