Eden Mayle

Associate Director, Development

About

Eden Mayle joins the Harris School of Public Policy as Associate Director of Development. In this role, she will build meaningful relationships with Harris alumni and donors to support the school’s mission through leadership annual giving. Eden brings nearly seven years of experience mobilizing communities and delivering measurable results across advocacy and fundraising campaigns—guided by a deep belief in the power of relationship-building and compelling storytelling. She’s eager to bring this same approach, and a commitment to transformation over transaction, to the Harris community.

Most recently, Eden served as Organizing Director with the Canvassing Connectors, a volunteer-led initiative focused on turning out low-frequency voters in battleground Pennsylvania ahead of the 2024 election. There, she built a pipeline of 150+ new volunteers, launched a communications program to support fundraising efforts, and designed a DEI-informed training series to equip volunteers for impactful conversations. Prior to that, as Field Manager at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, she led a deep-canvassing program that engaged thousands of voters, elevated LGBTQ+ issues, and developed hundreds of volunteer leaders across four consecutive election cycles.

She holds a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University and recently swapped the West Coast for the Midwest to be closer to family, now residing in Logan Square.
