About

Ziyi is passionate about understanding and supporting Harris students’ career interests and development through the lens of data analytics. She is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from different sources and creating visualizations, dashboards and reports to enhance the decision-making and strategies of the CDO team. Ziyi also aims to be a cheerleader for students and is dedicated to empowering students with skills and tools needed for career success through one-on-one and group coaching.

Prior to this role, Ziyi worked as a Research Fellow at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a Data Analyst at the American Hospital Association (AHA). At ACHE, she produced data-driven insights on relevant topics in the healthcare field and ACHE member experience and satisfaction with surveys, reports, and focus groups. At AHA, she led projects in data visualizations and machine learning to support AHA client and predict patient clinical outcomes.

Ziyi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance and a minor in International Relations from Boston University. She also earned her Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the Harris School of Public Policy, with a Certificate (now called Specialization) in Data Analytics.
