Ziyi Li Assistant Director, Career Development Data & Systems Contact Email Ziyi Li About Ziyi is an Assistant Director of Career Development Data & Systems at Harris Public Policy, where she serves in a dual role supporting both students and the Career Development Office team. She works directly with Harris students through one-on-one and group coaching, while also leading data analysis and systems optimization that help the CDO make more informed, strategic decisions. Ziyi is passionate about understanding and supporting students’ career interests through a data-informed lens. She is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources and translating insights into clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports that strengthen CDO strategy and student-facing programming. In her coaching, Ziyi brings an encouraging, strengths-based approach, empowering students with practical tools and confidence to advance their career goals. Prior to joining Harris, Ziyi worked in data and research roles within the healthcare sector, where she produced data-driven insights, led visualization projects, and applied analytical methods to support organizational decision-making. Ziyi holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University, with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance and a minor in International Relations. She earned her Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy, with a specialization in Data Analytics.
