Democrats arrive at convention energized by a transformed race

The Christian Science Monitor published a piece heading into the Democratic National Convention about the momentum of the eponymous party as they handled a candidate transition smoothly. Director of the University of Chicago Center for Effective Government and Harris Prof. William Howell was quoted.
