The Christian Science Monitor wrote a piece after a federal judge in Florida dismissed a criminal case against former President Donald Trump for retaining classified documents. The reporters called upon Harris Professor William Howell as an expert source. 

“If there’s no special prosecutor, and the president is granted widespread immunity for any official conduct, and Congress is congenitally incapable of mustering the supermajorities required to impeach [and] convict, what’s left?” asks Dr. Howell.
