In an interview with Forbes Julie Brodsky, Prof. Ariel Kalil discusses her research on the effects of parental engagement in early childhood learning outcomes, with a special focus on the interplay of technology tools in parenting. 

In a randomized experiment, we provided parents with either digital technology or analog materials. Remarkably, children's skills improved more in the digital technology group, and parents reported spending more enjoyable time with their children.
