PhD Student Devika Lakhote Named 2020-21 Urban Doctoral Fellow

Harris Public Policy PhD Student Devika Lakhote was selected by the University of Chicago's Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation as one of the 2020-21 Urban Doctoral Fellows. 

The Urban Doctoral Fellows program is "a yearlong writing and professionalization experience" that provides up to ten doctoral students from any department or School at the University with support to continue their research on urban issues. Lakhote's research focuses on discrimination in public goods access for disadvantaged groups in urban India.
