Professor Roger Myerson Discusses Illinois' Income Tax

Harris Public Policy Professor and Nobel Laureate Roger Myerson was featured in WGN 9, discussing the argument that a graduated income tax would make residents leave Illinois.

"They say taxes are going to want to make people leave the state and they just sort of stop there, and don't think where it's going to go next," said Myerson.
