He now will have a fiduciary responsibility to vote and govern on all matters related to the Park District. "As a lifelong resident of the city of Chicago it is an honor to have the opportunity to serve our city in this capacity," said Muñoz, whose appointment was unanimously approved by the Chicago City Council.
