Stella Moy

Stella Moy is Associate Director of Operations for the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy at the Keller Center. With career experience in facilities management, design, and building construction she manages programmatic operations and facility projects. For sustainability initiatives, she works on energy utilization reporting, and environmental and sustainability educational awareness.

Her operations management role includes maintaining relationships with university business partners for food dining and vending services, interior landscaping, security services. She has industry knowledge of building systems, fixture hardware and accessories to provide solutions for facility condition improvements, repairs and maintenance. She manages space information plans and space planning with building standards compliance. With interest arts and design, Stella works on exhibit installations. She contributes to department policies and procedures that help users understand how the Keller Center building works for a welcoming, safe and healthy environment. Previously, Stella worked in capital project delivery and operations support at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Bank of America for North and South America projects that included adaptive reuse, major and minor renovations, and infrastructure.

Stella is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design LEED accredited professional; she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Chicago, Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Master of Business Administration from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
