Harris Public Policy Professor Michael Greenstone is featured in The Quint discussing the launch of a new five-star rating system by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) to measure pollution in India. The MPCB worked with researchers from the University of Chicago, Harvard University and Yale University.
