Professor William Howell Discusses Historical Differences in Impeachments

Harris Public Policy Professor William Howell was featured in the Associate Press, discussing the differences between the likely political developments of the current impeachment hearings and those during President Nixon's impeachment.

"When we look back on '74, it wasn't that all Republicans turned on Nixon—far from it," said Howell. "But enough did that it became apparent that he wasn't going to be able to hold the ground."
