Center for Municipal Finance (CMF) Executive Director Michael Belsky was featured on Politics Tonight, discussing Illinois' budget and pension challenges following Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker's first State of the State address.

"You're taking revenues that you have now, and you're deploying close to $8 billion for a $38 billion budget," Belsky said. "That leaves you with little room to do the things you need to do."
