"The longer we wait, the greater the costs are going to become," said Jina. "And that's something that we just know now as a fact. This idea that there will be a turning point after twelve years and the world will cease to exist, that's almost too doom and gloom. And so what we need to be thinking of is more, 'What costs are we willing to accept?
