Sponsored By: The Project on Political Reform at Harris Public Policy

Join the Project on Political Reform for a lunch talk with Tabitha Isner (MPP'09), candidate for Congress in Alabama's 2nd congressional district. Tabitha will talk about her experiences since her time at Harris, what led her to enter the political arena, and what it's like to be a candidate for Congress in one of the most unpredictable and contentious political environments in decades.

RSVP by January 23, 2018.

About the Speaker

Tabitha has both a Master's degree in Divinity and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She has worked in higher education and for a refugee settlement agency, but she has spent most of her career as a researcher and policymaker in the field of early childhood education. Now she's running for Congress as a Democrat in deep red Alabama; however, if the recent Senate race in Alabama is any indication, either party could win.
