Tabitha will talk about her experiences since her time at Harris, what led her to enter the political arena, and what it's like to be a candidate for Congress in one of the most unpredictable and contentious political environments in decades. RSVP by January 23, 2018. About the Speaker Tabitha has both a Master's degree in Divinity and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She has worked in higher education and for a refugee settlement agency, but she has spent most of her career as a researcher and policymaker in the field of early childhood education.
