Join us for Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) Public Policy Camp to gain insights on the graduate school application process, hear from researchers at NORC, try your hand at policy writing, and hear from experts in the field of public policy!

The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy is partnering with APPAM and NORC and to host a Policy Camp in Chicago to introduce the field of public policy to undergraduate students, and increase the pipeline of diverse students into APPAM institutional member graduate public policy and public affairs schools.

  • 11:30–11:45 a.m. NORC Researcher Policy Presentation
  • 11:45 a.m.–1 p.m. Lunch and Pathways in Public Policy Discussions
  • 1–2 p.m. How to Tell Your Story: A Policy Writing Workshop
  • 2–2:10 p.m. Break
  • 2:10–2:45 p.m. NORC Researcher Policy Presentations
  • 2:45–3:30 p.m. Panel Discussion: Shaping Tomorrow's Policy Leaders Today
