Carmen Curtis Assistant Director of Events Contact Email Carmen Curtis About Carmen serves as the Assistant Director for Event at the Harris School of Public Policy, where she leaders and oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide array of signature events - from the Harris Policy Innovation Challenge to Convocation, speaker events, and New Student Orientation. With over four years of experience curating both small and large-scale programs in higher education, she brings a sharp eye for elevating institutional mission through exceptional event design and execution. Carmen earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Guilford College in Greensboro North Carolina. She earned her masters degree in Educational Leadership with a higher education focus from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. In her free time you can find her hanging out with her pup Gunner and exploring Chicago!
