Study by Senior Lecturer Paula Worthington Cited in Fee Reform Op-Ed

A study by Harris Public Policy Senior Lecturer Paula Worthington was featured in an op-ed in the Chicago Tribune which discussed the need for reform of fines and fees in major cities like Chicago.

"A study by the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy not only offers best practices, but highlights successful efforts in a number of cities and counties, including San Francisco, Alameda, and Los Angeles counties in California," the op-ed states.
