Harris Public Policy Professor Amir Jina was featured in The Guardian discussing the unequal effects of climate change.

Speaking of a 4% drag on the economy, Jina said, “It might seem like a small amount, this is 4% of your income, but because we see this unequal impact, it’s important to think of not what the overall effect is but who is being affected."
