The conference takes place from November 17 to November 19.

Scholars from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and Harris Public Policy’s Crime Lab will be among those convening at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC, to discuss the leading public policy and management issues of our time at the 44th annual Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) fall research conference from November 17 to November 19 in Washington, DC. The conference is comprised of super sessions, panels, roundtables, poster presentations, and special events and is designed to encourage substantive interaction among participants.

The conference is titled “Advancing Policy Research with Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives,” underscoring the cross-disciplinary nature of public policy, which can bridge economics, law, political science, medicine, and more, and Professor Bruce D. Meyer, Assistant Professor Anjali Adukia, Assistant Professor Dmitri Koustas, the Crime Lab’s Monica Bhatt, and PhD student Angela Wyse will be among those representing Harris.
