Natalie Foster
Natalie Foster, AM'19

Natalie Foster, AM'19, is a project manager and policy analyst with experience in health care policy and program implementation. She currently works at Mathematica where she provides project management, technical assistance and research support services to Federal Medicare and Medicaid projects. Her current projects include supporting Medicaid data analytics products and Medicare payment reform programs. She previously managed a graduate degree program at the University of Chicago and worked as a policy analyst at the New Zealand Ministry of Health. Natalie holds a Master of Arts in public policy from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in political science from Victoria University of Wellington. 

Molly Murray
Molly Murray, AM'21

Molly Murray, AM'21, is President and CEO of the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA), the world’s leading nonprofit organization dedicated to autoimmune awareness, advocacy, education, and research. It is in this role that Murray leads AARDA’s efforts to bring a national focus to autoimmunity, the major cause of over 100 serious chronic diseases. Prior to joining AARDA, Murray worked at the American Medical Association (AMA) to advance federal and state health care policies and AMA initiatives through partnerships with state medical associations and medical specialty organizations. Murray is an experienced leader with an extensive background in business development, government, and public relations in the nonprofit sector.  Murray holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, as well as the lauded CAE credential, a marker of a committed association professional who has demonstrated the wide range of knowledge essential to manage an association in today’s challenging environment.

Haleigh Burnett
Haleigh Burnett, current EMP student

Haleigh Burnett is currently an EMP student and Digital Health Business Development Manager at Collective Health. At Collective Health, Haleigh plays a dynamic role supporting various efforts across partner relationship management, GTM, product, and strategy. Prior to Collective Health, Haleigh's experience spans Health and Benefits consulting for Silicon Valley technology companies at Mercer and Client Engagement at digital health insights upstart Evidation.
