Marina Williams Associate Director, Career Development Contact Email Marina Williams About Marina is an Associate Director of Career Development at Harris Public Policy, where she partners with students to explore career options, clarify professional development goals, and identify pathways aligned with their values. Through one-on-one and group coaching, program facilitation, and interactive workshops, Marina equips students with practical tools and resources to support their career growth. In addition to her coaching work, Marina serves as the project manager for Harris’s INSPIRE program, which connects current students with alumni for meaningful, relationship-building conversations. In this role, she oversees program coordination and student–alumni engagement, helping strengthen the Harris community and expand students’ access to professional insights and networks. Marina brings an international and student-centered perspective to her work, informed by earlier experiences in education, public service, and career counseling. She holds a BA in English and Japanese language and culture from Northwestern University and an MA in law and diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. She has also completed professional training in adult mental health first aid, workplace negotiation, and project management.
