Associate Director of Credential Programs

About

Lingyang serves as the Associate Director of Credential Programs at Harris, where she supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of various credential and non-degree programs at the Harris School, covering topics in data analysis, public policy, and leadership development. 

Prior to joining Harris, Lingyang accumulated over ten years of experience in program management. She served as Program Manager and Research Fellow at the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society. Before her role at Stanford PACS, Lingyang worked as a Program Director at the Beijing Ginkgo Foundation, supporting social entrepreneurs in China. She also managed the planning, design, and implementation of an ESG-focused course for the EMBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. 

Lingyang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Xiamen University in China and an M.A. in public policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
