Within 24 hours of the event conclusion, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your travel receipts. Reimbursement requests will start being processed starting 10 days after the event has concluded. We recommend submitting receipts as soon as the form opens.

Most reimbursements are received within 10–12 weeks of submission of all required and appropriate documents.
