How do I take AEPA?

How to take AEPA guide

Step 1: Student requests the AEPA registration via application system and pays the fee online.

In the "Supplement" section of the application, on the "Test Scores" page, please choose “I need to request to take the AEPA as part of my application documents.” Once you save the section, the system will receive your request and our staff will process it. Please allow three business days to process your request.

There is a $70 non-refundable assessment fee. The fee will appear in your application portal and is payable by credit card. You must pay the assessment fee prior to scheduling the assessment.

Step 2: Student will be contacted by the OLA staff to take the test.

Once your AEPA request is received, you will receive an email from the Office of Language Assessment within seven work days inviting you to complete the AEPA registration. Please make sure that you add this email address to your contacts so that it does not go to your spam folder. It is your responsibility to respond to the email and schedule the assessment before the application deadline. We encourage you to schedule the earliest available assessment time.

Step 3: Student takes the test and results are added to application.

Once you have finished the AEPA, your results will be automatically added to your application. You do not need to worry about submitting the AEPA results to the Admissions Office.
